What happens if my project is outside the scope of the current legal framework?

It will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the scope, it will be referred to one of the HUB member entities to evaluate future adjustments to the legal framework.

What do we do with the information you provide?

Apart from being protected by the obligation of confidentiality established for our representatives, the information received is stored in databases subject to the treatment ordered by Law No. 172-13, which aims at the Integral Protection of Personal Data recorded in Files, Public Records, Data Banks or Other Technical Means of Data Processing Intended to Provide Information, whether public or private.
